Who we are
Find Your Fit Bakery LLC is a small-batch bakery in St. George, Utah. This policy covers this website and the messages you send through it. Questions go to findyourfitbakery@gmail.com.
What you give us
When you use a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email, phone if you provide it, and the details of your request. We use it to answer you and to fill your order. That is the whole purpose.
Why there is no cookie banner
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party ad or social pixels. To understand which pages are useful, we count page views with an anonymous key that is rebuilt from scratch every day and cannot be traced back to a person. We do not store IP addresses. Because nothing here identifies you and nothing is shared with advertisers, there is no consent banner to click.
Email you asked for
We only email a menu or promotion to people who checked the box asking for it. Every message includes a working one-click unsubscribe and our business name, and we honor opt-outs immediately. We never sell, rent or trade your email address.
Who else sees your information
Only the services that make the site work: our website host, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor if you pay online. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Payments
Card details are handled by a certified payment processor and never touch our servers. We see the order and the amount, not your card number.
How long we keep things
Order and message records stay as long as we need them for our books, then we delete them. Anonymous visit counts are kept in aggregate only.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from email at any time from any message we send.
Children
This site is meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
