One of our most frequently asked questions is, "What do you use for your flours?". Here is a look at each component of our blends and why they are great! Our signature Flour Blends are crafted for the ultimate low-carb, gluten-free, and keto-friendly baking experience, because healthy should never mean sacrificing flavor. Here's why each ingredient is a powerhouse of nutrition: Egg White Protein – Packed with high-quality protein for muscle support and a light, fluffy texture in baked goods. Oat Fiber – Virtually carb-free, this fiber-rich ingredient supports digestion and keeps you feeling full. Organic Coconut Flour – A nutrient-dense superfood with healthy fats and a boost of fiber to support gut health. Almond Flour – Low in carbs, high in protein and vitamin E, delivering a moist, buttery texture. Golden Flaxseed – Rich in omega-3s and lignans, promoting heart health and balanced blood sugar. Bamboo Fiber – A prebiotic fiber that supports gut health and adds the perfect structure to gluten-free baking. What sweeteners do you use and why?

Stevia – Derived from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant, stevia is a zero-calorie sweetener that is 100 to 300 times sweeter than sugar. It does not raise blood sugar levels. In baking, it needs to be combined with a "filler", such as allulose and/or erythritol to mimic the texture and mouthfeel of sugar. Monk Fruit – Extracted from the Siraitia grosvenorii fruit, monk fruit sweetener is naturally sweet due to antioxidants called mogrosides. It contains zero calories, does not impact blood sugar, and has a clean, sugar-like taste. Like stevia, it needs to be combined with a filler, such as erythritol and/or allulose, in baking. Erythritol – A sugar alcohol found naturally in some fruits, wine (especially red!), sake, and fermented foods such as miso, soy sauce, cheese, and mushrooms. Erythritol provides about 70% of the sweetness of sugar with zero calories per gram. It has a mild taste, does not spike blood sugar, and is well-tolerated by most people. Some people experience a "cooling" effect with erythritol, but we have a few tricks up our sleeves to reduce that! Allulose – Allulose is a rare sugar that occurs naturally in figs, raisins, maple syrup, and molasses. Allulose may support weight management, healthy blood sugar levels, and gut health. It doesn't cause blood sugar spikes and, in fact, some studies show it may lower blood sugar response when eaten alongside a higher carb meal. It also has been shown to reduce hunger hormones in some studies. Its calorie count is negligible, at less than half a calorie per gram. We use all of these sweeteners in our items. While no single sweetener is perfect, we all know the dangers of sugar, that is no secret. The sugar industry is huge and goes to great lengths to demonize natural sugar alternatives. We like to use common sense and take close looks at the science. Some of the healthiest foods around contain some of these sweeteners.

How many net carbs are in your treats?

Most have less than 2 net carbs per serving and all are less than 3. Our ingredients and nutritional information can be found in the treat library and on the ingredients page.

Are your treats gluten free?

Yes. There is no worry of cross contamination either, as we do not use gluten containing ingredients at all.

What is the difference between gluten free and gluten free, sugar free and low carb?

Unlike traditional gluten-free baked goods that only remove gluten, our recipes also eliminate sugar and reduce carbohydrates. Typical gluten-free flours are very high in carbohydrates, more so than regular wheat flours. Stable energy and blood sugar: When you eat foods high in sugar and carbs, your body quickly converts them to glucose, leading to spikes and crashes in your energy levels. Our sugar-free, low-carb treats slow down this process, helping to maintain steadier blood sugar levels. That means fewer energy crashes and less dramatic swings in hunger, so you feel more balanced through the day. Better weight management: Reducing the amount of sugar and carbohydrates can also help manage your calorie intake and reduce the likelihood of storing excess fat. With our scientifically-informed recipes, you enjoy a treat that aligns with your health goals, supporting a balanced metabolism. Is oat fiber keto and low carb?

Yes. Oat fiber is not the same as oat flour. Oat fiber is an insoluble fiber made from the husk of the oat. It has zero calories and zero net carbs. We use it in our baking mix because it is just awesome in keto baking. It may also help keep you fuller longer, improve elimination and help control blood glucose levels.

Can any ingredients in your treats be harmful to pets?

Yes, and this one matters. Please keep our treats away from dogs and cats. Some of our recipes contain xylitol, a sugar alcohol that is safe for people but highly toxic to dogs even in small amounts. Chocolate, cocoa and macadamia nuts appear in several items and are also toxic to dogs, and chocolate is dangerous for cats as well. If your pet eats one of our treats, call your veterinarian or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435 right away rather than waiting for symptoms. Every ingredient list is published on our ingredients page, so you can check any item before it comes home. When in doubt, store treats out of reach.

In person, at two spots in St. George. We are at the St. George Downtown Farmers Market at Vernon Worthen Park every Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from May through October and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM from November through April. Switchpoint Coffee Company at 214 North 1000 East also carries a rotating selection of our treats through the week. We do not currently take online orders or ship. Instagram is the fastest way to see what is in the case on a given day.
